About Lydia: Lydia has been a student of yoga for 15 years and is a graduate of both the 200 hour Yogaspirit™ Yoga Teacher Training and DanceYoga™ under Kim Valeri. Lydia is the only instructor in the Waterbury area Certified in DanceYoga™. Lydia’s dance experience spans an over 2 decades where she taught and performed ballet, tap, jazz, ballroom dance and belly dance. Lydia is a highly sought after professional dancer in both the Middle Eastern and Polynesian dance styles in CT, NY and New England. She is the reigning Belly Dance Diva of 2008 and is the owner and operator of The Mango Tree Fitness Center.
